Eastern PCM, LLC provided Construction Management Services on the construction of a 54,000 sf, 4-story, Class ‘A’ office building for Select Capital Commercial Properties. The primary tenant being Select Medical Corporation.

Preconstruction services included establishing the project budget, estimating, and constructability reviews.

Bid Administration consisted of developing a select bid list of five (5) pre-qualified general contractors and negotiating a contract with the selected firm.

On-site representation and administration of the construction contracts was also provided throughout construction and project close out.
