Eastern PCM, LLC served as the Owner’s Representative and Construction Project Manager for the demolition and renovation of the Nurses Education Building at the former Polyclinic Hospital Campus. The existing building was built in phases dating back to the early 1920’s and presented the entire team with unique challenges in the design and construction of the tenants program to fit within the shell space.

Responsibilities included establishing the project budget, negotiating the construction contracts, coordination with the tenant’s faculty, staff and preferred vendors, design and coordination of special tenant projects outside the base lease improvements and construction administration and closeout.
