Eastern PCM, LLC provided Owner’s Representation and Project Management services during the pre-construction and construction phases of the fit out of the new offices for this international law firm.

Eastern pcm worked with the owner’s architect to ensure that the budget constraints were adhered to during the design process, managed the select bid process, issued construction contracts and coordinated all owner provided items [FF&E, Information Technology, and Telephone].

Construction services included monitoring contractors’ progress, budget tracking, resolution of construction issues and periodic reporting to owner.
