Principles of Eastern PCM, LLC provided Owner’s Representation services to Messiah College during the pre-construction and construction stages of this project.

Coordination of the owner’s furnishings, fixtures and equipment as well as ensuring that specific programming elements incorporated were primary responsibilities.

This facility provided the students with a new food court and commons, radio broadcasting station, club offices and faculty meeting rooms.
