The Select Medical Health Education Pavilion houses the HACC School of Nursing and Dental Program. A fully operational 20 chair Dental Clinic provides dental hygiene services to students and the general public. The twenty bed Nursing Lab provides the students with state of the art technology to train students in this highly selective nursing program.

Eastern PCM provided construction oversight, project accounting, scheduling, and contracted with third party contractors outside of the base prime contractors.

This building received Gold – LEED® certification from the US Green Building Council.
