Eastern PCM is providing Project Management services to New Zealand-based Pacific Edge Diagnostics, Ltd for the design and construction of their first U.S. Cancer Diagnostic and Prognostic Technology facility at Hershey Center for Applied Research.  The new facility is scheduled to open its doors by September 2012 and will be the 2nd largest employer at the research center.
