Eastern PCM has been awarded the Contract to provide Owner’s Representation Services for Messiah Lifeways on their Project Envision – an expansion and repurposing of their existing facilities at Messiah Village. This $76,000,000 project will incorporate Skilled Nursing, Personal Care, Independent Living and a Village Square at their Upper Allen Township site. The project is scheduled to break ground in November 2015 and be completed by Summer 2017.
