Eastern PCM has been engaged by Messiah Lifeways to provide Owner’s Representation Services for a 38,000 sq/ft renovation to the Skilled Nursing wing at their Senior Care Facility at Messiah Village. This $6,000,000 project includes renovations to four (4) neighborhoods and updates for Physical Therapy. The project is currently underway and scheduled to be complete in the Spring of 2018.
