Eastern PCM has been engaged by AION Partners, a New York based REIT, to provide Project and Construction Management Services for the renovation of approximately 3,000 sq/ft of commercial space at The Brook at Colonial Park located in Harrisburg, PA.

Renovations to the leasing office, a model apartment, and fitness center are scheduled to be complete in the fourth quarter of 2016.
