Eastern PCM, LLC (EPCM) expands into the Hospitality Market by being selected to provide Construction Management Services on four (4) hotels scheduled to break ground in the 3rd quarter of 2018.

Projects are located in (Carlisle, PA), (Plymouth Meeting, PA), (Swiftwater, PA) and  (Monticello, NY)!

EPCM was established in 2003 to provide owners and developers with expert representation during the planning, design, construction, and occupancy of their projects.

Since inception, EPCM has represented public and private sector clients on various projects totaling in excess of $450,000,000 locally, nationally, and internationally.
