Mr. Morgan served as the Owners Representative and Project Manager for the design and construction of the new headquarters building for the Central Pennsylvania Blood Bank. The building consisted of general administrative areas, a blood laboratory and support systems, and a staging area for the blood mobile.
Responsibilities included selection of the design architect and engineer, establishing and monitoring the project budget, administering the bid process, contractor selection, construction administration, and project closeout.
