Eastern PCM was engaged by the Cherrington Condominium Association through Select Property Management to provide Construction Project Management services for the repairs to the building envelope and selected interiors on 13 individual buildings/ 208 residential units.

Services included design oversight, bid administration & procurement, contract administration, full time on site construction management, coordination of all resident activities with construction, inspections and project close out.

Repairs included complete removal and replacement of roofing systems, siding, doors, windows, skylights, balcony’s and selected interior drainage improvements.

This challenging project was constructed while the units were occupied and delivered ahead of schedule and under budget.
