The renovations to HACC’s Midtown I facility was completed in two phases under multiple prime contracts.  Work included complete interior demolition and renovations including new mechanical and electrical systems, new exterior facades, and a new elevator.

The new facility features a 3,700 SF welding shop, a 2,900 SF machine shop, 12 classrooms, 21 offices, and 3 conference rooms. This facility complements Midtown 2 by adding enhanced systems to support HACC’s Trades and Technology programs.
