
Eastern PCM is providing Program and Construction Management Services for the $15,000,000, 15 acre redevelopment of the Public Safety Center. The project includes a new 50,000 SF law enforcement building, wetland remediation and construction of a pedestrian bridge near Paxton Creek. The Public Safety Center project is seeking LEED Silver certification.
Other amenities within the 24 acre site include: new parking lots (346 spaces), a running track and drill area, a 9/11 World Trade Center Memorial, new driving track and skid pad, emergency vehicle driver training areas, confined space/trench rescue props, a vehicle extraction area, a pedestrian bridge connecting the Public Safety Center to the HACC Harrisburg Campus, and various site improvements.
