Eastern PCM, LLC provided full service Owner’s Representation and Project Management services for the emergency department expansion at the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.

Eastern PCM coordinated the efforts of all medical departments and managed the construction activities of all prime contractors.

The expanded emergency department provided a state of the art facility that implemented an exclusive triage process developed by Dr. DeFlitch of the Hershey Medical Center.
