Eastern PCM, LLC provided full service Construction Project Management Services on this fast track renovation of the former UGI offices in the City of Harrisburg.

Eastern engaged the architect, prepared the project budget, formally solicited bids from selected contractors and managed the construction of the renovations.  Timing and scheduling were critical for Journal Publication’s move to the newly renovated space.

The entire project, from planning and design through construction, was completed in seven weeks.  The construction phase was completed ahead of schedule in 27 days.

As a continuation of services, Eastern coordinated and supervised the relocation of the Journal’s employees.
