Eastern PCM provided Program, Project, and Construction Management Services for the $576,000 renovation to the Leader Building at the HACC York Campus.

A 4,500 SF renovation was performed to create a biology lab, preparation room, and student services offices within the existing space at the Leader Building. HVAC systems were modified to serve the new spaces, and existing lighting systems were reconfigured. New finishes were installed in all areas, including paint, acoustical ceiling tiles, and carpet. Within the biology lab and preparation room, new gas and plumbing lines were installed to accommodate the biology curriculum.
