Eastern PCM provided Owner’s Representation Services for Messiah Lifeways for Project Envision – an expansion and repurposing of their existing facilities at Messiah Village.

This $76,000,000 project included a Village Square with 84 apartments, a Wellness Center, Enrichment Center and Restaurants. The apartments range in size from 800 sq. ft. to 1,700 sq. ft. The project also included 26 new Enhanced Living Apartments and incorporated 2 new Nursing Neighborhoods.

Significant infrastructure improvements including an underground parking garage were required. The project broke ground in November 2015 and achieved substantial completion in fall 2017.
