Eastern PCM coordinated all facets of the renovation to the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors’ new office space. Eastern PCM managed the project from pre-construction through the final move-in. Approximately 15,000sf was renovated into 27 offices, 2 conference rooms, a multipurpose room, various work rooms, a catering kitchen, and a break room. Services provided by Eastern PCM included: writing the construction contracts, soliciting bids, managing 4 Prime Contractors, as well as coordinating the IT infrastructure, Interior Design and furniture selection, delivery and installation.

The project was delivered on time and under budget. Total project costs were $1,326,000.00 and construction was completed in 120 days.
