Eastern PCM provided Project Management and Owner’s Representation services to New Zealand-based Pacific Edge Diagnostics, Ltd. for the design and construction of their first U.S. Cancer Diagnostic and Prognostic Technology facility at the Hershey Center for Applied Research.

The new facility will be the 2nd largest employer at the research center.  The laboratory will be the receiving center for Pacific Edge’s CxBladder early cancer recognition testing.  It will be accompanied by office and administrative areas with room for future expansion.
