Eastern PCM provided Construction Management and Relocation Management for this project which included major interior demolition and the repurposing of a conference center and culinary arts laboratory.
The new facility features 37,000 SF of administrative office space and a new state-of-the-art Board Room. In addition to the replacement of the existing roofing system new windows were installed along three sides of the structure to create a more occupant-friendly and energy saving facility. The project has been designed and constructed to achieve USGBC’s LEED Silver certification level.
The construction as well as relocation of 130 individuals and existing furniture from two locations under strict deadlines and fluctuating weather conditions was all completed on time and under budget.
