Eastern PCM was the Bondholder Construction Monitor for HJ Sims on The Hickman Expansion project, a 60,000 sq. ft. Senior Living Facility in West Chester, PA. Eastern PCM provided Financing Inspection Services which included monthly progress inspections, detailed monthly reports for the investors, and certifying the contractor’s applications for payment. The $20,000,000 project concluded in the spring of 2018.
