Project Management

As your project manager, Eastern PCM will organize all of the activities of your project to ensure that it is completed on time, within the financial constraints established and to the high quality that you expect and demand.

Eastern PCM is the project leader in this role. Responsibilities in this role can include:

  • Conduct project feasibility studies
  • Prepare initial project budgets or proforma
  • Assist in the selection of design professionals
  • Provide design oversight through each phase of design
  • Prepare cost estimates during design
  • Bid management and bid analysis
  • Contract preparation
  • Project oversight and inspections
  • Project accounting and budget reconciliation
  • Periodic project reporting
  • Board quality reports
