Eastern PCM, LLC provided project management services during the pre-construction and construction stages of this challenging renovation project converting the former Polyclinic Hospital into commercial office space.

Pre-construction services included design oversight, coordination of owner’s program, budget monitoring, bid negotiations and contract preparation.

Construction services included monitoring contractors’ progress, budget tracking, resolution of construction issues and periodic reporting to Owners.
