Eastern PCM, LLC provided Owner’s Representation services to the GHAR on the conversion of a former retail strip center into new offices for the GHAR, Real Estate Institute and the Central Penn Multi-List service. All mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems were replaced as part of the reconstruction. The exterior of the building received a new masonry and EIFS facade, covered entrance and landscaping.

Services included budget maintenance, procurement of owner provided items [telephone, IT, furniture, security, move management], design oversight, coordination of owner’s program, construction oversight and project closeout.
