Eastern PCM, LLC provided full service Programming, Project and Construction Management services on this fast-track, adaptive reuse project which converted a strip mall into HACC’s expanded Gettysburg Campus.

Initial Planning services include establishing the project budget, writing the Request for Proposals to select the architect, conducting a building condition assessment resulting in publishing a Due Diligence report and assisting in the real estate transaction resulting in the purchase of the 100,000 SF building and 23 acre site.

Pre-construction services include design oversight, coordination of HACC’s technical specifications and program elements, preparation of periodic estimates throughout the design process, budget monitoring, bid negotiations and contract preparation.

During construction, a full time field staff consisting of a project superintendent and project engineer provided daily coordination of all construction activities, monitor contractors’ progress, track budget impacts, and resolve construction issues.
