Eastern PCM, LLC served as the Owner’s Representative & Project Manager during the pre-construction and construction stages of this adaptive reuse urban renewal project.

Services included contractor selection, design oversight, coordination of owner’s program, procurement of furnishings & budget monitoring. Extensive coordination was necessary to ensure that all utilities and infrastructure were incorporated into the project to support the various uses on this fast tracked 11 month construction project.

The 130,000 SF former Evangelical Press Building was stripped to the original shell and completely reconstructed to provide new trade laboratories, classrooms, cafeteria and library for the Harrisburg Area Community College – Midtown Campus.
