Eastern PCM, LLC provided full service Construction Management services on this fast-track, adaptive reuse project which converted a light industrial warehouse into HACC’s new, York Campus.

Design and public bidding were completed in 60 days. Demolition and reconstruction of Phase 1 – 35,000 SF was completed in 120 days.

Phase 1 consisted of 11 classrooms; Physics, Chemistry, and Biology Laboratories, computer labs, library and administrative space. Phases 2 and 3 include a bookstore, student lounge, security/information areas, additional computer labs and administrative offices.
