As your representative, we are your advocate and act in your best interest. We will understand your program requirements and ensure that all of the elements are properly coordinated into the finished product, while communicating with you throughout the process.
We will ensure that all budget constraints are adhered to by tracking all cost impacts and providing periodic project cost projections.
Selected responsibilities include:
- Attendance at Design Review and Coordination Meetings
- Attendance at all Construction Progress Meetings
- Coordination of Owner/Contractor issues
- Coordination of Owner-provided or specialized equipment
- Monitoring of project schedule
- Tracking of all cost and schedule impacts
- Review of all contractor Change Orders
- Communication with the Owner on a regular basis
- Periodic, comprehensive progress reports
- Proper and complete project closeout
